SPRINT research team member Dr Mary Quinton recently wrote an article for the University of Birmingham’s ‘Perspective’.
When asked to write a short piece around well-being and Christmas, Mary took the opportunity to write about one of her research interests – loneliness and social support.
The article gives some background on the associations of loneliness and social support with various health consequences and then goes on to describe how our MST4Life™ is promoting social health and well-being.
