Dr Jenn Cumming was interviewed for a BBC news article following Novak Djokovic's 5th Wimbledon title this past July. Following his win, Djokovic was quoted as saying "I always try to imagine myself as a winner" leading journalist, Francesca Gillet, to writing a piece on how anyone can use imagery for their own success in everyday life. Drawing from her research in the area, Jenn explained just some of the many ways imagery is an important mental skill and why it works to enhance our performance in sport and other parts of our life.
